Job Title: Mall Manager

Job Summary:

The Mall Manager will oversee the overall operations, tenant relations, marketing, and maintenance of the mall, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of facilities. This role is responsible for driving foot traffic, enhancing tenant performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards. The Mall Manager will play a key role in positioning the mall as a premier shopping destination while fostering a positive and dynamic environment for tenants, employees, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily mall operations, including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Manage tenant relations by ensuring lease compliance, addressing concerns, and supporting business growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies, events, and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability of mall operations.
  • Lead and supervise mall staff, vendors, and service providers to maintain operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and government regulations, including emergency preparedness.
  • Coordinate with leasing teams on tenant mix planning, occupancy, and renewal strategies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve mall offerings and competitiveness.
  • Represent the company in community, government, and industry-related events and partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in mall, retail, or property management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in operations management, tenant relations, and financial planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of property management systems.
