Job Description:

  • Design and implement mall-wide systems including POS, tenant management, building management systems (BMS), customer engagement platforms, and security systems.
  • Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or replacements to meet operational needs.
  • Lead system integration projects to ensure interoperability between various platforms.
  • Manage system configurations, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with mall operations, leasing, finance, and marketing teams to align system functionalities with business processes.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and system reliability.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports for management review.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems implementation
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise systems, preferably in retail, mall, or property management environments.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, databases, and integration protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
