Security / Safety Manager & Customer Relation - from Malls with BOSH / OSH

The Customer Relations & Security Manager is responsible for managing customer complaints and finding solutions to customer problems.

KRA 1: Customer Relations Management

  • Sets customer satisfaction goals and monitors performance against them. Collects and reviews customer feedback through various platforms (e.g., email, calls, suggestion boxes).
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure timely response to customer complaints.
  • Compiles and presents customer concerns and suggestions to management.
  • Leads customer service projects, develops policies, and ensures staff understand service standards.
  • Manages escalated customer service issues and ensures resources are in place for excellent service delivery.

KRA 2: Safety and Security

  • Ensures safety of customers and staff within the premises at all times.
  • Enforces compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Reports security concerns to management and handles emergency situations effectively.
  • Prevents losses to property and life.
  • Oversees operational protocols such as gate passes, work permits, and inspections related to tenant move-ins and move-outs.

KRA 3: Personnel Supervision and Training

  • Upholds high ethical standards and leads by example.
  • Supervises and evaluates staff performance based on defined targets (KRAs and KPIs).
  • Provides coaching and training to improve service quality.
  • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Prepares work schedules, especially for weekend duty officers.

KRA 4: Customer Satisfaction

  • Engages directly with customers, addressing inquiries and complaints.
  • Investigates customer issues and ensures timely resolution.
  • Coordinates with departments to resolve complaints within 24 hours.
  • Aims to turn dissatisfied customers into loyal patrons through proactive service recovery.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Has BOSH or OSH Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
  • Superior product knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Preferably a resident of Marikina or nearby cities

Location: Marikina

Work set up- Monday - Saturday , Onsite
