The Role:
Excellence Lead
The Excellence Lead drives people-focused initiatives, training, engagement, and sustainability programs across Business Finance Competency Center teams. This role ensures alignment with transformation goals, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational resilience through harmonized processes and effective internal tools.
What will you do?
- Lead onboarding programs for new hires and stakeholders.
- Partner with HRBP, Experts Team, and Training & Development team for technical and people upskilling.
- Develop training materials and manage trainer certifications.
- Conduct knowledge level assessments and manage process documentation.
- Oversee SharePoint and internal tools for communication and documentation.
- Coordinate CSAT actions and issue resolution with managers.
- Organize internal and external engagement events, newsletters, and boot camps.
- Monitor engagement and crisis management budgets.
- Act as overall coordinator for crisis management and BCP execution.
- Harmonize initiatives between PH and PL Business Finance Competency Center teams, including workload management system implementation.
- Analyze and communicate workload management insights with managers.
- Ensure effective communication channels for employees and stakeholders.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in training & development, stakeholder engagement, project management, change management or transformation roles.
- Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Strong communication and coordination skills; proficiency in SharePoint, digital tools, and project management platforms; ability to manage cross-functional teams and initiatives.
