Job Description

As an Management Accounting Associate for Home Furnishing at Focus Global, you will play a vital role in upholding the financial well-being of the company. We are actively searching for a skilled and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly execute month-end accounting activities, prepare specialized reports, and make significant contributions to the overall financial health of the company. You will be responsible for journal entry creation, accurate financial account statements, strong control implementation to protect corporate assets, and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute month-end accounting tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Contribute to the preparation of specialized reports, encompassing breakeven analysis, budgets, and financial statements
  • Manage Accounts Payable, ensuring timely payments and expense control through invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable, monitor trade receivables and analyze reports for discrepancies to ensure agreement compliance

Job Qualifications:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
  • CPA License is an advantage
  • Demonstrates a quick learning ability coupled with a growth mindset
  • Preferably with some experience in an accounting role within a related industry, such as trading or manufacturing
