Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer invoicing and billing processes
- Process supplier invoices and handle data entry
- Maintain and update customer and supplier account records
- Keep company registers and documentation up to date
- Support month-end accounting and reporting activities
- Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting or administrative support
- Experience using MYOB Advanced is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills for liaising with customers and suppliers
- Australian accounting experience is advantageous but not essential
