Role Overview

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Manager to support our international business development efforts and help expand our client base across key export markets. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with diverse international clients, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about facilitating global trade and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation for export services and international trade solutions
  • Manage CRM systems and maintain client databases for export clients
  • Research potential export markets and identify prospects for trade services
  • Assist with client communications and follow-up on export service inquiries
  • Help prepare proposals, service presentations, and trade documentation materials
  • Coordinate marketing activities including email campaigns and trade show follow-ups
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for international market outreach

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in international trade, export processes, or global business
  • Some experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Professional attitude when communicating with international clients
