Job Description:

We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our team. This role goes beyond just selling it's about building relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering solutions. You'll also assist with basic troubleshooting to guide customers through product-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell products, services, and current promotions to walk-in customers
  • Explain and demonstrate product features and benefits based on customer needs
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for devices and accessories
  • Deliver excellent customer service that reflects brand values
  • Assist in achieving store sales targets and maintaining store cleanliness and display standards

Qualifications:

  • At least college level
  • With at least 6 months of experience in retail, sales, or the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Comfortable doing basic troubleshooting and learning product functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
