Overview:

As an Amazon SEO Manager, you will own and execute our SEO strategy exclusively for Amazon. You will work closely with Brand Managers to optimize listings for discoverability, organic rankings, and conversion. Your work will directly impact organic revenue and help reduce reliance on paid traffic over time. You understand recent changes and developments in Amazon SEO and algorithms and you have credible sources to gain up-to-date knowledge.

Your Responsibilities in Detail:

  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Helium10, Data Dive, etc..
  • Optimize Amazon listings (incl. titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords) to improve organic visibility and performance.
  • Track and improve organic ranking performance across priority keywords.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Managers and Creatives team on listing enhancements (A+ Content, images, etc.).
  • Analyze competitor listings and uncover keyword/content gaps.

  • Conduct A/B testing of listing elements to improve CTR and CVR.

  • Continuously acquire and apply new knowledge, learning, and best practices on Amazon SEO and organic ranking into the organisation.

  • Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and organic sales trends per brand.

  • Provide weekly/monthly reports and insights to Brand Managers and Leadership.

  • Support our Launch team by optimizing new product listings pre- and post-launch.

  • Align with the PPC team to avoid keyword cannibalization and improve total sales ROI.
  • Contribute to SOP development and SEO training for internal teams.

Your Background

To join our team, you bring along:

  • 3+ years experience in SEO, with at least 2 years focused on Amazon/eCommerce.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's algorithm (A10, RUFUS, COSMO) and on-page ranking signals.
  • Familiar with 2 or 3 SEO tools (Helium10, Data Dive, Data Rova, SellerSprite, ASINSight) is a Plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing cross-team priorities.
  • Bonus: Experience working in a multi-brand setup or across multiple Amazon marketplaces and regions (PAN-EU).
