About the role

As an Account Executive - Industrial at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts within Metro Manila. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be an integral part of the sales team, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and drive revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Manila market, expanding the client base
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and analyse account performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth objectives

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the packaging or manufacturing industry
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to track and report on account performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
