Job Description and Qualification:

  • Optimize RotoPacker operations to ensure attainment of daily target dispatch.
  • Reduce downtime of equipment and truck phasing to maximize dispatch.
  • Conduct basic inspections on all idle and running equipment, including the Roto Packer and its auxiliaries, as well as silo extraction procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of PMS/OPS activities to prevent delays.
  • Analyze and review breakdown, conduct RCA, and ensure implementation of corrective action.
  • Implement regular/periodic maintenance of all dust collectors and bag houses.
  • Enforce all safety protocols and procedures (LOTOTO, PTW, JHRA).
  • Conduct a regular inventory audit with regards to filter bags, ink, and cement bags.
  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience acquired from manufacturing-related industries.
  • Must be willing to be assigned to the Bulacan plant (board and lodging provided).
