About the role

As a Store Manager for 7-Eleven Corp., you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in Commonwealth Ave., Geneva Garden, North Fairview. You will play a vital role in driving the success and growth of our business through effective leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial reporting
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in financial analysis, inventory management, and operational reporting
  • Solid understanding of retail best practices and industry trends
  • Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
