About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to join our thriving food service team at CHIX INASAL in SM BICUTAN, Paranaque City, Metro Manila. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career progression.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase store revenue and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
  • Identify and address operational issues, implementing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to achieve store and company goals

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail store management or a related field
  • Experience in consumer food service industry or similar environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience managing teams of 5-15 associates across multiple shifts
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in inventory management, financial reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Excel/Gmail/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for the food service industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
