to join our Client Services team.
Job Purpose
As a
Digital
Account Manager
at Avyan, you are responsible for overseeing your client's business, successful campaign execution by ensuring any output is of high quality and timelines are met, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will work closely with clients, monitor digital performance, and provide strategic insights to drive business success.
Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Develop clear project briefs that synthesize client and internal team perspectives, with a strategic POV that serve as a jump off point for the team.
- Create project timelines, track progress, and manage deadlines to ensure timely and high-quality output.
- Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, creating reports, and performance updates as needed.
- Take charge of development of presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance.
Strategy & Insights
- Monitor and analyze client brands, competitors, and category trends across digital channels.
- Gather insights from campaign data to optimize performance and inform future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, tech advancements, and data-driven solutions.
Operational Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly status reports — depending on the agreement with your lead.
- Secure ASC or DTI approvals as needed.
- Lead performance reporting for digital campaigns.
- Secure ASC/DTI approvals as required.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by your lead.
What We'd Like to See
- 3 to 4 years experience in client services/account management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong client relationship skills—able to interact with stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, grow client relationships, and lead cross-functional teams.
- A strategic thinker who can balance client needs with Avyan's capabilities to create impactful solutions.
- Have a POV sharpened by constant and consistent upskilling and learning about the industry and technology.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Proficiency in creating timelines, budgets, and clear documentation.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across teams seamlessly.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and UX principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a sharp attention to detail.
