Job Summary

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for managing the company's financial actions and ensuring fiscal responsibility. The CFO provides strategic financial guidance, oversees financial planning and analysis, manages risk, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and drives the company's long-term financial growth and stability.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial performance, investment opportunities, and business risks.
  • Lead the long-term budgeting and forecasting process to support business planning and growth initiatives.

Financial Management & Operations

  • Oversee all financial functions including accounting, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and capital structure to maintain the company's financial health.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls, systems, and policies to safeguard company assets.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks across the organization.
  • Oversee internal and external audit processes.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement within the finance department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial awareness and discipline across the organization.

Stakeholder Relations

  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, investors, banks, and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
  • Support fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or Master's degree preferred).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or similar professional certification strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in senior financial leadership roles, preferably as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and financial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
  • High integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
