Epiciently Support Services is a U.S.-facing legal support companies that place highly skilled Philippine-bar-licensed attorneys and other Professionals as full-time, exclusive virtual paralegals, intake specialists, and legal staff for U.S. law firms.

We are growing fast — and we are now ready to bring in a Director of Business Development to design and lead our national expansion strategy.

We use Amazon's "working backwards" processes, customer obsession, bar-raiser expectations, and long-term thinking. We care about results, mechanisms, and ownership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Your Mission)

As our Director of Business Development, you will:

1. Build a predictable, scalable U.S. law-firm lead generation engine
  • Outbound campaigns
  • Email sequences
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Warm calling
  • Webinars + event partnerships
  • Referral programs
  • Bar association and legal community outreach
2. Design and optimize all inbound lead channels
  • Video content + podcast guesting
  • Landing pages
  • PPC / SEO
  • Testimonials and case studies
  • Automated nurture sequences
3. Own the entire sales pipeline
  • From initial outreach → consultation → onboarding
  • Build mechanisms, scripts, dashboards, and SOPs
  • Track KPIs and continuously improve conversion rates
4. Represent the company to the U.S. legal community
  • Speak with managing partners, law-firm owners, and firm administrators
  • Present our value clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and results
5. Help shape the future

WHAT YOU NEED (Requirements)
  • Proven success in B2B sales leadership (legal industry preferred but not required)
  • Experience building outbound and inbound funnels
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset; ability to track metrics and optimize
  • Experience with CRM systems, automation workflows, and content-driven marketing
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours (or partial overlap)
