We're looking for an Amazon PPC Expert to manage end-to-end advertising across our Amazon catalog. You'll plan strategy, launch/optimize campaigns, and report on results with clear, actionable insights. If you live and breathe TACoS, CTR, CVR, and ACoS—and you like collaborating closely with creative, listings, and ops—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute PPC strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Structure and scale campaigns: research, keyword harvesting/negatives, audience targeting, budgets & bids
  • Build/maintain exact/phrase/broad keyword architectures; ASIN & category targeting
  • Run dayparting, placement modifiers, and budget pacing to hit KPI targets
  • Optimize product pages for ad relevance & conversion (titles, bullets, images, A+ Content) with the listings team
  • Launch/iterate on experiments (creative, copy, landing, targeting)
  • Create weekly dashboards and monthly deep dives: ACoS, TACoS, RoAS, CVR, CTR, CPC, Impression Share
  • Manage promos, coupons, and seasonal playbooks (Prime events, Q4, tentpoles)
  • Keep a clean account: naming conventions, campaign hygiene, negation rules, and automation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years hands-on Amazon Ads/PPC experience (brand or agency)
  • Proven track record hitting ACoS/TACoS targets at ₱500k+/mo ad spend (or equivalent in USD)
  • Strong grasp of bidding strategies, keyword match types, ASIN/category targeting
  • Proficiency in Amazon Ads Console and (nice to have) tools like Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue, DataDive
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets (LOOKUP, QUERY, pivot tables); comfort with data storytelling
  • Clear English communication; highly organized with strong ownership
Work Setup
  • Employment Type: Full-time, on-site
  • Location: Cebu I.T. Park, Skyrise 4B
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time
  • Compensation: ₱40,000 - ₱60,000 (commensurate with experience)
