We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. This role is perfect for someone who is not only skilled but genuinely passionate about marketing from strategy to execution. You should be creative, analytical, and eager to grow brands through SEO, PPC, Amazon optimization, and website performance.

Responsibilities:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize content, meta tags, and URLs for improved search rankings.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and ensure mobile optimization and site speed.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance.

Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Facebook Ads):

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google and Facebook.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage retargeting campaigns.

Amazon Listing Optimization:

  • Write and optimize Amazon product titles, bullet points, and backend keywords.
  • Enhance product images and A+ content to boost conversions.
  • Perform competitor analysis and track performance metrics on Amazon Seller Central.

Web Development & Maintenance:

  • Collaborate with developers to maintain and optimize websites.
  • Implement tracking tools (pixels, conversion codes, analytics).
  • Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, fast, and user-friendly.
  • Support the creation and integration of landing pages and funnels.

Analytics & Performance Reporting:

  • Define and track KPIs across all marketing channels.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Amazon, web).
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization.
  • Comfortable working with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS tools.
  • Understanding of basic web development (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Portfolio required showcasing past SEO, PPC, Amazon, or web projects.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with marketing automation and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
