About the Role

The Senior Procurement Manager will
lead all indirect procurement activities
— from facilities and IT to engineering and consumables. You'll manage
five direct reports (3 Procurement Managers and 2 Supervisors)
and work closely with department heads to drive cost efficiency, compliance, and vendor excellence.

Work Setup & Schedule:

  • Full Onsite
    at Double Dragon Plaza, Pasay City
  • Dayshift, Monday–Friday
    (9½ working hours, output-based for managers)
  • Target Start:
    Mid-October (open to candidates with notice period)
  • Interview Process:
    3–4 face-to-face rounds

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing and vendor management across construction, IT, and facilities categories.
  • Oversee procurement of indirect spend items — from equipment and supplies to facility services.
  • Develop category strategies that balance cost, quality, and business timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
  • Drive cost optimization and supplier performance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing) to align procurement needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years
    of experience in procurement, with at least
    5 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in
    indirect procurement
    (construction, IT, facilities, consumables, etc.).
  • Strong leadership skills — managing teams of 5+ members.
  • Excellent vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement systems.

Good-to-Have

  • Background in FMCG, logistics, or large-scale infrastructure procurement.
  • Knowledge of compliance, audit, and supplier performance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and cost-control mindset.
