1. Store Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, staff supervision, and sales target achievement.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
  • Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail industry ( preferably International Brand )
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge in sales analysis and inventory management.
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
2. Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute eye-catching product displays to maximize sales.
  • Collaborate with Store and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor store layout and ensure merchandise is presented according to company standards.
  • Analyze store traffic and product placement effectiveness.
  • Keep updated on market trends and competitor displays.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year experience in retail visual merchandising.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and spatial awareness.
  • Flexible and able to work under tight deadlines.
