Known for excellence in garment production and customer service, we are expanding our Alteration Services division—and we're looking for a dedicated, service-focused Store Manager to lead one of our branches.

Position Summary:

We're seeking a hands-on Store Manager with 2–5 years of experience in tailoring or garment alterations. This is a hybrid role combining customer interaction, shop management, and light alteration knowledge. You'll manage daily store operations, assist clients with fitting and alteration consultations, and coordinate with our factory team.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Store Operations:

  • Open and prepare the store for afternoon operations (cleanliness, setup, ambiance).

  • Oversee smooth operations during the PM shift.

  • Ensure the store remains organized and welcoming throughout the day.

Client Service:

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients; guide them through alteration consultations.

  • Help clients try on garments and take accurate measurements.

  • Recommend alteration solutions and price estimates confidently.

  • Build trust and rapport with repeat clients.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Track job orders and communicate updates with the factory.

  • Notify clients when items are ready for pickup.

  • Maintain simple daily progress reports and job sheets.

  • Ensure online records and inventory sheets are up to date.

Light Hands-On Work (as needed):

  • Perform basic alteration tasks (simple cut/sew) when quiet.

  • Assist team members with overflow work when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in tailoring, alterations, or garment-related retail work.

  • Experience in client fittings, measuring, and recommending adjustments.

  • Knowledgeable in garment construction and basic sewing techniques.

  • Friendly and confident in interacting with customers.

  • Organized and attentive to detail.

  • Comfortable using computers for basic reporting and forms (Google Sheets, email).

  • Experience coordinating with a factory or production team is an advantage.
