  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective problem-solving.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business decisions.\

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.\
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a supervisory role.\

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.\
  • High school diploma or equivalent may be considered for candidates with extensive retail experience.\
