Job Description
As an SLM Coordinator, you'll handle vital processes in sales, leasing, and move coordination for global real estate clients. You'll ensure smooth transactions, accurate documentation, and prompt communication that keep communities connected and thriving.

The Qualifications We Seek
- Must be able to work night shift
- Minimum 2 years as a customer service representative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Detail-oriented and can work independently
- Excellent English-language communication skills
- Comfortable relaying any questions or concerns
- High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Apps
Your Daily Tasks
- Process sales and refinancing documents through Homewise and Ticket Requests
- Transfer unit ownership and post title checks after-sale
- Approve and coordinate moves and deliveries
- Record leases and tenants' information
- Approve leases for selected associations
- Take phone calls for Sales, Leasing, and Moves
