About the role

International Toy World, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Store Supervisor to join our team in our Manila City Metro Manila location. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store.

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Supervising and training a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to help them deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitoring store performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance store efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborating with the broader management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail store supervisory role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to deliver a positive shopping experience
  • Proficient in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems and data analysis
