Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Global Social Media Manager to lead and execute both paid and organic social media initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will develop strategies, manage campaigns, and oversee content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and conversions on a global scale.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts across multiple platforms.
  • Proven track record of growing audiences, improving engagement, and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with influencers/creators and coordinating collaborations.
  • Exposure to or collaboration with paid social campaigns is a plus.

Skills

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Content creation skills (copywriting, storytelling, basic graphic design/video editing using Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication, community management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset — ability to interpret social data and turn insights into action.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker who stays ahead of digital and cultural trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mandaluyong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
