We are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires someone who can deliver strategic financial insights while ensuring the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA, CFA, MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years in finance, including leadership experience
  • Strong skills in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting
  • Knowledge of treasury and credit management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Industry background in construction or telecom
  • Experience with banking relationships and credit facilities
  • Familiarity with advanced financial modeling techniques

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Lead planning and analysis processes for the company
  • Deliver financial reports with clear insights for senior leaders
  • Monitor financial performance and deliver variance analysis
  • Manage credit facilities and maintain treasury oversight
  • Provide leadership and mentoring for the finance team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
