We are hiring a Financial Planning and Control Lead to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial control across the organization. This role requires a proven leader who can provide accurate insights, ensure compliance, and mentor finance staff.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
  • 7+ years of finance experience, with leadership responsibilities
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Knowledge of credit management and treasury
  • Proficiency with Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Industry knowledge in construction or telecoms
  • Experience managing credit instruments and financial institutions
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and scenario planning

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Monitor performance and recommend process improvements
  • Oversee credit facilities and treasury functions
  • Deliver financial insights and variance analysis to management
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
  • Mentor and develop finance team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
