We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to take ownership of budgeting, financial forecasting, and risk management processes. The role is responsible for ensuring disciplined fiscal control, driving profitability improvements, and managing credit facilities to optimize liquidity and working capital. The ideal candidate has extensive financial leadership experience and a proven ability to provide actionable insights to senior executives.

Must Have's

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive financial management experience, including 3+ years leading teams
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Strong knowledge of treasury operations and credit management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Background in construction, infrastructure, or telecommunications industries
  • Experience managing external audits and regulatory compliance
  • Familiarity with scenario analysis and strategic investment planning

We are looking for the following specific requirements

  • Demonstrated success in financial forecasting and reporting
  • Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and advise on financial strategy
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives related to capital planning

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
  • Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS
  • Lead profitability and cost efficiency initiatives
  • Manage treasury operations, loans, and credit lines
  • Provide financial strategy support to executive leadership
  • Mentor and oversee finance team operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php110,000.00 per month
