Share Treats is looking for a Systems Engineer to join our growing team The SE will help build, maintain and troubleshoot systems and services that our company is using.

Ensure a high level of availability, performance, and security of systems.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain complex IT systems and infrastructure.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and design customized solutions.

Install and configure servers, networks, and related hardware and software.

Perform system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting as needed.

Monitor system performance and security, implementing proactive measures.

Implement and maintain disaster recovery and backup solutions.

Assist in the resolution of technical issues and provide timely support to clients.

Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role.

Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux(CentOS, Ubuntu)) and virtualization technologies.

Proficiency in network configurations, protocols, and security.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, AWS) are advantageous.
