Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Payroll Executive located in Pasay, with some responsibilities conducted remotely. The Senior Payroll Executive will manage and administer payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Day-to-day tasks include payroll management, payroll processing, and collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, handling employee inquiries, and generating payroll reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Experience in Payroll Management and Finance
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proficiency in generating payroll reports and maintaining detailed records
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
  • Experience with payroll software and systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
