We are looking for an experienced Amazon Listing Specialist to join a lifestyle and fashion brand. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing product listings on Amazon, understands the platform's SEO and compliance rules, and preferably has a background in graphic design to create or optimise visuals that drive conversions.

This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central. You'll be responsible for crafting optimised listings, monitoring performance, and ensuring our products are presented at their absolute best.

Responsibilities

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords).
  • Upload and maintain product catalogs with accurate product details, pricing, and inventory.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve rankings and discoverability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot suppressed or inactive listings to maintain account health
  • Manage and optimize product images, A+ content, and storefront pages.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, brand registry requirements, and category standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align product presentation with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on Amazon SEO, advertising trends, and new platform features.
  • Preferred: Use graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) to create high-quality product images, infographics, and enhanced content.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing Amazon listings and Seller Central.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, keywords, and marketplace best practices.
  • Experience with product research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple listings/projects.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: Graphic design experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
