I. POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Project Administrator's job description includes planning, executing, and overseeing human resources initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness and align with organizational goals. The role is responsible for the implementation of company policies and guidelines and reports functionally to the HRAD Supervisor and administratively to the Project Manager.
II. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staffing and Resource Management:
Support recruitment and onboarding efforts to fill project vacancies, including preparing job descriptions, advertising open positions, and working with recruitment teams.
Coordinate with HR for the hiring of contract workers, temporary employees, or specialized roles needed for the project.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between project team members and HR for any employee-related issues (e.g., concerns about work conditions, conflicts, or performance).
Ensure that all project team members are aware of and adhere to organizational policies, including codes of conduct.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the project.
Compensation and Benefits:
Handle any compensation-related queries from project team members and escalate issues as needed.
HR Reporting & Documentation:
Track and report on HR metrics related to the project, such as staffing levels, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of all HR-related documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and compliance reports.
Provide regular updates to senior management on HR status within the project.
III. JOB REQUIEMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with labor laws, regulations, and best HR practices in the project context
- 1–3 years of experience in project administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Willing to be assigned in MANILA
