We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to manage and oversee the process of sales contract administration, CWT documentation, and VAT zero-rated compliance. This role ensures that all customer contracts are properly documented, tax-related requirements are fulfilled, and necessary documents are submitted accurately and on time to support billing and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Contract Management

• Coordinate, Review, and validate customer sales contracts for completeness and accuracy.

• Ensure timely encoding and archiving of signed contracts.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Operations and Customers on expired contracts and for signing.

• Collaborate with Customer Operations in contract expirations and renewals and maintain an updated contract database.

CWT Documentation

• Collect and validate CWT certificates from customers.

• Coordinate with Credits Team for reconciliation of CWT entries against collections.

• Assist in resolving discrepancies related to CWT claims and documentation.

VAT Zero Documentation

• Ensure all required documents for VAT zero-rated transactions are complete and compliant with BIR regulations.

• Monitor submission timelines and follow up with customers for pending documents.

• Maintain a tracker for VAT zero documentation per customer and per transaction.

• Liaise with Customer Operations, Finance and Tax teams for audit preparation and compliance checks.

Basic Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Familiarity with contract management, BIR regulations on CWT and VAT zero-rated transactions is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and coordination skills.
