Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and ensure the acknowledgment of required documents for clients and hospitals.
- Maintain accurate records of all submitted and received documents.
- Represent RBGM at bidding activities, meetings, and client events, ensuring proper documentation is presented.
- Act as a point of contact for document-related queries from clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder of Business Admin or related course.
- 0–2 years of experience in document handling, coordination, or administrative support roles. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel nationwide
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
