Location: Metro Manila (clinic-based fieldwork)

Role Overview: The Field Operations Associate ensures SureVax clinics run smoothly by supporting procurement, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting facility issues. This is a hands-on role requiring frequent site visits, coordination with vendors, and close support for the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement & Supply Support
  • Gather and summarize clinic supply needs for ordering.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in procurement and delivery coordination.
  • Facilitate vaccine deliveries from HQ by booking and confirming schedules with clinics.
  • Facility Maintenance & Troubleshooting
  • Visit clinics to address operational concerns.
  • Arrange contractors or service providers for repairs (plumbing, AC, electrical, lighting).
  • Monitor equipment and utilities to ensure timely maintenance.
  • Operational Responsiveness
  • Respond promptly to urgent operational concerns (e.g., sudden stock shortages, facility breakdowns).
  • Act as the on-ground point of contact for immediate problem-solving.
  • Administrative Support
  • Document tasks, supply requests, and operational issues for reporting.
  • Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day administrative and coordination work.
