What You'll Do

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Customer Engagement

    Design and implement programs that deepen relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Internal Engagement

    Collaborate with HR and leadership to enhance employee experience through internal communications, culture campaigns, and engagement activities.
  • Content Development

    Oversee the creation of high-impact content including videos, case studies, newsletters, and social media assets.
  • Market & Brand Insights

    Monitor brand performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or communications—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing or brand management experience is required.
  • Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms is essential.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building brand love from the inside out.
  • Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
