About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and concerns across our social media platforms
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and engage with our social media community, fostering positive relationships with our customers
  • Identify trends and feedback to help improve our products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions

What we're looking for

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and customer service tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with the customer service best practices in the retail/fashion industry
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or social media management role
