About the role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our social media channels. In this full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and maintaining our strong brand reputation.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via social media platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and providing clear and effective communication
- Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions and proactively addressing any concerns
- Identifying patterns and trends in customer feedback, and providing recommendations to improve our products and services
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and approach to different customer needs
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
- Proficient in using social media platforms and digital tools to interact with customers
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the growth of the business
