About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through our social media channels. In this full-time role based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and maintaining our strong brand reputation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints via social media platforms in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  2. Resolving customer issues by collaborating with internal teams and providing clear and effective communication
  3. Monitoring social media channels for brand mentions and proactively addressing any concerns
  4. Identifying patterns and trends in customer feedback, and providing recommendations to improve our products and services
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 6 Months of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a social media or digital marketing environment but not required
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your tone and approach to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
  4. Proficient in using social media platforms and digital tools to interact with customers
  5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  6. Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience and contributing to the growth of the business
