About the role

As the GSA (Guest Services Assistant) Supervisor at Park Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest services team. This is a full-time position based in Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all guests through the delivery of high-quality customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage, train and develop a team of Guest Services Assistants to deliver superior customer service
  • Oversee the scheduling and allocation of guest services staff to ensure efficient coverage
  • Establish and implement service standards to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience
  • Resolve escalated guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Continuously monitor and report on guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special events and activities for guests
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest services operations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest services or hospitality supervisory role
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and guest management software
  • Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and demands
  • Familiarity with the hotel management industry is preferred
