GSA Supervisor

About the role

As the GSA (Guest Services Assistant) Supervisor at Park Hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the guest services team. This is a full-time position based in Regalado Avenue, Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this critical role, you will ensure an exceptional experience for all guests through the delivery of high-quality customer service.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage, train and develop a team of Guest Services Assistants to deliver superior customer service
2. Oversee the scheduling and allocation of guest services staff to ensure efficient coverage
3. Establish and implement service standards to maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience
5. Resolve escalated guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
6. Continuously monitor and report on guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
7. Assist with the planning and execution of special events and activities for guests
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest services operations

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest services or hospitality supervisory role
2. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
4. Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a team
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and guest management software
6. Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities and demands
7. Familiarity with the hotel management industry is preferred
