  • Receive quote requests, sales support inquiries, or other requests from office authorities for quotations.
  • Support the negotiation of rates.
  • Maintain close coordination with existing suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Prepare and secure formal quotations based on the details or information provided by the client/requester.
  • Ensure the quotation is approved by the BD Assistant Manager, BD Senior Manager, and BD General Manager (if required).
  • Submit the quotation to the requester/client within the allowed timeframe and obtain confirmation when shipping proceeds.
  • Support the proper handling of cargo.
  • Provide the Operations team with a copy of the approved quotation, execution date, and client requirements.
  • Assist with bid requirements based on submission deadlines (if applicable).
  • Support the negotiation of charges from subcontracted brokers.
  • Assist with local documentation requirements such as import/export rush processing, GTSB handling, and COR processing.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans as needed.
  • Control costs and other expenses to meet budget guidelines and sales targets.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration with all company employees.
  • Share and provide information to the BDD team regarding meeting minutes discussed during client visits (if any).
  • Attend and represent the company in meetings, sales events, exhibits, and other training related to BDD and sales activities (as required).
  • Be prepared to adjust regular working schedules based on client requests and external business meetings.
  • Properly file all quotations in secure cabinets.
  • Accurately encode and file quotations in monthly reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
