About the role

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Safety Practitioner to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees and worksites.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive safety policies, procedures and training programs
  2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  3. Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  4. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  5. Provide safety guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation to demonstrate safety performance
  7. Continuously improve safety practices and promote a strong safety culture across the organization

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Safety Practitioner or Officer in the construction industry
  2. Degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field
  3. Thorough knowledge of local and international health and safety regulations and best practices
  4. Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
  6. Proactive and committed to continuously improving safety performance
