Responsible for promoting health and safety compliance on project sites for a leading sustainable real estate developer. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Promoting positive health and maintaining a safe working environment on the project site Overseeing project site activities to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and company policies Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programs aligned with government and company standards Maintaining injury/illness mishap data, analyzing reports, and initiating actions to improve safety programs Implementing preventative measures and maintaining building safety standards Creating and implementing safety policies and training in fire safety procedures Facilitating compliance with construction occupational health and safety (COSH) guidelines Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations About You The company is looking for: Construction background with moderate experience in vertical developments (mid-high rise buildings) COSH Training 48 hours advanced/specialized training (LCM, SPA, TOT, IH, Fire Safety) Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Willingness to be assigned in Binan, Laguna Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Accredited DOLE OSH Practitioner is an advantage but not required Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering How to Apply Submit your application including your first name, last name, contact number, email, and attachments.
