We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor (Senior Accountant) to join a fast-growing vape retail company. The role is ideal for someone who's passionate about numbers, process improvement, and ensuring the financial health of a dynamic retail business.

The Accounting Supervisor (Senior Accountant) will oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage daily accounting operations including sales recording, inventory reconciliation, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee cash flow management, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Monitor branch-level financial performance and support retail operations with data-driven insights.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of solid accounting experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory accounting, and sales reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.

  • Monday to Friday; mid-shift
