Client Support Representative

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Fully Onsite)

Salary: ₱35,000 per month

About the Role:

 We're looking for a reliable and client-focused Client Support Representative to join our growing team in Ortigas In this role, you'll handle incoming calls, assist clients, and provide overflow support to our Intake team. When Intake is unavailable or a call is missed, you'll step in to gather caller details and ensure messages reach the right department.

This position functions in reducing missed calls, improving response times, and supporting firm operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle call overflow and support the Intake team when needed.
  • Collect accurate caller information and relay it to the appropriate department.
  • Transfer calls efficiently and provide general assistance to clients.
  • Follow call-handling procedures and maintain high service standards.
  • Help improve communication flow and overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center role (experience in legal or professional services is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional, dependable, and client-oriented.
  • Proficient in phone systems and basic office tools.
