Customer Service Representative

Job Description
*Respond promptly and professionally to players' inquiries and provide accurate information regarding game features, gameplay, and technical issues.
* Assist players in troubleshooting and resolving game-related problems, including gameplay difficulties, account issues, and payment inquiries.
* Provide guidance and support to players on game rules, strategies, and promotions.
* Ensures that the new account holders do not have restrictions or negative activities that would make an impact with their account.
* Meets regulatory requirements and certain processing standards.
* Carries out In-depth data collection and analysis.
* Uses email, chat, and phone to effectively and efficiently communicate with consumers.
* Assists and facilitates the timely, accurate, and empathic resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements
At least Senior High/High School Graduate
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the online casino gaming industry but not required.
Amenable to work in shifting schedule and on-site
With at least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
Has a high sense of responsibility, dependability, work ethics and integrity
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and other computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time
