
National Sales Manager

- Responsible for leading the sales strategy and the team across the country to achieve revenue growth
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Manage, train, coach, and provide overall guidance to the sales team
- Deliver sales targets through disciplined execution of developed sales strategies. Sets and monitors lead and lag indicators of team members.
- Provide accurate, timely and detailed forecast of demand according to market/ competitor movements, channel inventory & project pipeline
- Build up a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning
- Work closely with marketing to align strategies and ensure effective campaigns/ initiatives. Collaborate with technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights on new products/systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related courses; MBA preferred
- at least 10 years Sales experience; 3 years of which in people management or a Sales lead role, from the construction or building materials industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Must be willing to work in Taguig City
