About the role

This full-time Unit Head Associate position at Blue Ocean infinite' offers an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within the Insurance field Based in Cebu City, Cebu, this role will see you manage a high-performing team and drive strategic initiatives that support the company's broader objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of a dedicated team, providing guidance, support and coaching to ensure consistent high performance
  2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
  3. Recruit, train and develop an ever-increasing number of highly successful Advisors and downline leaders.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for process improvements and new initiatives
  5. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions

What we're looking for

  1. Extensive experience in a similar leadership role, ideally within the state of real state, medical representative, insurance, banking and finance.
  2. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, and with minimum sales experience
  3. Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  6. Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage competing demands
  7. Degree in a relevant field such as public administration, business or management
