The role involves managing the career development of subordinates through fair performance measurement and providing opportunities for growth and advancement (e.g., succession programs, training, job rotation).How you'll contribute

Manage the overall operations of the cash unit in terms of service delivery, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures. Primary custodianship and access to the vault with the Assistant Cash Unit Head/Senior DPU Teller or designated alternate. Evaluate daily cash requirements of the unit and branches to ensure availability.

Supervise cash deposit/withdrawal from/to Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. Perform bundle count and supervise machine count of all cash received from branches within the same day of receipt. Ensure strict implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to cash and armored car operations.

Additional responsibilities include orientation of new hires, conducting regular meetings, leadership and development activities, risk management, compliance, acting as BCP Coordinator, and preparing required reports. What we're looking for5-10 years of experience

Leadership skills

Computer literacy

Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)Attention to detail and analytical skills

Familiarity with file maintenance and records management systems

Knowledge of bank policies and practices

Knowledge of BSP rules and regulations
