The position is responsible in assisting the MCC Cebu office to support the Relationship Manager and Relationship Associates from accreditation, documentation, daily log consolidation, sales pipeline call out d merchant call out. The jobholder is responsible in providing minimal merchant customer service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordinating and conducting cascade to MBTC Visayas and Mindanao, MCC internal stakeholders and merchants.
  • Preparing and submission of daily/weekly/monthly Visayas reports
  • Sending of weekly sales pipeline o MBTC Visayas and Mindanao areas.
  • Accreditation
  • Providing assistance to Relationship Managers (RM) and Relationship Associates (RA) in maintenance forms, additional outlet requests, additional TID processing, exhibits, and managing other related documents.
  • Encoding and consolidating of RM/RA call log on a daily basis
  • Performing call outs with existing merchants or any requests to and from Merchant Acquiring
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Business and Support Services Manager or Merchant Acquiring Division Head

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree holder, preferably of a business course
  • At least 6 months experience in file management systems and generating reports
  • Basic MS Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Must be detail oriented with superior follow through capabilities
  • With satisfactory level of communications and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
